As we offer such a wide variety of products, with various weights, dimensions and values, we use a multitude of different couriers to deliver our goods to you. This means that we can offer a more accurate shipping charge to you. Rather than grouping larger areas together, we 'zone' areas and price them accordingly. To keep our shipping charges as low as we can, we only charge you what we are charged by the couriers to cover our costs, we do not make money on these charges. Due to being located in southeast England, we are hit by high delivery costs to Scotland and offshore islands. We will cover up to the same value that we would if it was being delivered to England or Wales mainland and we only ask for you to cover the difference. This is the same for all offshore islands including the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands (all prices shown include VAT). Delivery Times
As standard, if we have the item in stock we aim to deliver as quickly as we can, often dispatching within 24 hours of an order being placed. The charges stated above are based on standard economy services with our couriers, to keep costs down. It is possible (as a small surcharge) to provide a next day, AM or timed delivery, but please speak to a member of our despatch team who will be able to go through the services available to you on your order.
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery on orders over £100 to any mainland England, Wales or Industrial Scotland address. It doesn’t matter the weight or size of the item, if your shopping basket value is more than £100 then delivery will be free to you. Typically these items are despatched on an economy service. It is possible (as a small surcharge) to provide a next day, AM or timed delivery, but please speak to a member of our despatch team who will be able to go through the services available to you on your order.
Please Note, Free Delivery does NOT apply to Everhot Cookers. These products are hand delivered by the manufacturer and are brought into the home, placed into position and plugged in. This service is not covered under our Free delivery and an additional charge is applicable.
