Shipping policy

We offer free UK delivery on all natural stone, porcelain tiles, natural stone walling & cladding and accessories orders over £600 (exclusions apply).

Free delivery of excludes the following postcodes and areas. The standard shipping rates mentioned below do not apply to these areas as well. We offer a price on request for these areas:

Scottish Highlands (AB, DD, IV1-42, KW1-14, PA20+, PH )
Scottish Islands (HS, KW15-17, IV43-56, ZE)
Isle of Arran, Isle of White, Scilly Islands (KA27-28, PO30-41, TR21-25)
Channel islands & Isle of Man (GY, JE, IM)

We do not deliver to Northern Ireland (BT postcodes)!

 Your order will normally be despatched within 24 hours on a courier booking service. If a specific day is required for delivery (Monday-Friday) please call our team to discuss further. We can also provide a next-day service if required – additional charges may apply as well.
We do not offer the next-day service for the above-mentioned postcodes.
It may be possible to organise a Saturday delivery, but this would incur an extra cost, please speak to us to get a quote.

Your order will be placed on a delivery booking service, and your local depot will arrange the best day to deliver the goods to you.
You will receive tracking details from us once your order has been dispatched, this will contain your tracking reference and local delivery number.
If you should need a more narrowed down time slot, or any further information regarding your delivery, please give them a call. Your driver will also call 1 hour before delivery.

We may be able to arrange a dedicated vehicle for large orders which sometimes reduces the carriage cost.

As we offer such a wide variety of products, with various weights, dimensions and values, we use a multitude of different couriers to deliver our goods to you. Due to being located in southeast England, we are hit by high delivery costs to Scotland and offshore islands. We will cover up to the same value that we would if it was being delivered to England or Wales mainland and we only ask for you to cover the difference. This is the same for all offshore islands including the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands (all prices shown include VAT). Please note our pallet deliveries are one-man kerbside delivery only. For more information please read our full terms and conditions.

Please Note, Free Delivery does NOT apply to Everhot Cookers. These products are hand delivered by the manufacturer and are brought into the home, placed into position and plugged in. This service is not covered under our Free delivery and an additional charge is applicable.
